Barrio Fiesta Corinthia

It was an event organized by VEREIN FILIPPINA IN AUSTRIA- Corinthian Chapter, which has become a partnerorganisation of WFWP Austria. Around 120 persons  came, from 15 Nationalities.

It has been an outdoor event!

The program included time for sharing, listening to music, playing games and dancing, sharing a pot-luck Barbecue! It survived a 30 min. heavy rainfall!

Though local- it was a big event, drawing attendance also from other parts of Austria.

It was a new start in networking, bringing people and organsations together!

WE could build some new contacts, who are interested in and want to become part of WFWP activities .

It has been covered by 2 local newspapers (“Klick Kärntern “, “Meine Klagenfurt at “, and   in “AustriaNews” of the Philippines Embassy )
